When you purchase a pre-order item, we’ll dispatch your order within 1–2 business days after the stock arrives at our warehouse.

All pre-order items are handled based on when the order was placed. If anything changes with the timeline, our team will keep you informed.

If your order includes a mix of ready-to-ship and pre-order pieces, everything will be sent together once all items are available.

Please note, once a pre-order is placed, it can’t be edited or cancelled. You can still request a return after delivery if it meets our return conditions.
